I'm Mayana Williamson, and I'm a teacher, author, sacred chant singer, and creative healing coach.
I help people who are struggling with the frustration & overwhelm of health problems to:
Believe in themselves
Get creative and get healthy
Deeply connect with their intuitive, creative, playful selves so
they can
freely move forward in their
lives with joy and purpose!
In exciting programs like Get Creative for Life and Healing with Mind-Body Magic, my clients find a safe haven and the structure to explore and discover what they need for healing.
I believe that all healing is self-healing even when we receive help.
Experience has taught me that the best way to create Real Change in Your Life is to get help from someone who has been there, and I've been there.
After my early experiences with self-healing I spent 25
years sharing
my gifts with
piano students and singing my heart out at yoga retreats. Then I developed
extreme fatigue. I couldn't teach and also couldn't sing anymore—I have to
admit, sometimes
I felt like my life was over.
To get well I pulled every tool out of my healing toolbox
and then learned
a few more.
I also made a decision that I never want to go through that
again and vowed to keep using the tools that helped me get
well to help
me stay well.
Among other things the experience was a wake-up call to live my highest purpose and share my healing gifts more widely. The thought was exciting and terrifying!
I had lots of pre-conditioning telling me I couldn't change my life, that stepping out of my safe little niche was not okay, that people would judge me, that I couldn't count on staying healthy. "You-can't-do-it" thoughts were endless, but I knew in my heart it was the only thing I could do if I wanted to stay well.
And I know in my heart that if I can change my life you can change yours!
Today I help clients who are struggling

Play with creative expression in life and art
Take care of their needs without guilt
